Last week, Year 5 were lucky enough to visit the Royal Society for their Science Exhibition. This was the first time the exhibition had been opened to primary schools, and what an amazing day it was!
The children had the opportunity to speak with real scientists about their work, including 3D printing, robotics, VR surgery, and even take a walk through a giant model of the digestive system. Every stall was both informative and interactive, allowing the children to think like scientists and experience state-of-the-art technology first hand.
The children should be incredibly proud of the way they conducted themselves throughout the day. They showed enthusiasm, curiosity, and excellent manners, remaining polite and patient even in the busiest areas of the exhibition. They were fantastic ambassadors for our school, and we are very proud of them.
