This week in History, Year 2 have been learning about timelines. They worked together to order the key events of the Great Fire of London, identifying when it began and when it ended. The children then created their own personal timelines, thinking about important milestones such as when they were born, when they started school, and when they started Year 2. They used the dates of each event to determine which came first and which came later. It was fantastic to see the children bringing their Maths skills into History as they compared dates and put events in chronological order!
