In Science this half term, Year 1 have been learning all about the changing seasons. The children have been using their observation skills to discuss what changes they have noticed happening around them. Some children have noticed that the leaves are beginning to fall off of the trees and are getting a little crispy; others have noticed that it is getting darker much earlier in the evenings. As well as this, the children have been exploring patterns in weather. Using their new knowledge and observation skills, they worked in small groups to write and present their very own weather forecast.
