This week in Year 4’s PSHE lesson, we explored what makes each of us unique and special. We talked about the different things that make us who we are and enjoyed playing a guessing game to see how well we know the people in our class. We shared and guessed things such as our friends’ favourite colours and even their least favourite TV shows! It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our differences and discover new things about one another.

We then thought carefully about how we can make everyone feel included and welcome in our classroom. We explored how our body language, facial expressions and actions can show others that we are happy to have them involved. We shared ideas about how we can include everyone in games, conversations and activities, helping to make our classroom a kind, friendly and supportive place where everyone feels that they belong.
